After developing this project, Start is currently acting as the managing agent. Located at 411 Bayou Gardens Blvd. in Houma, this project is a 24-unit HUD 811 complex that offers safe and affordable housing to people with mental illness who meet low-income requirements. All apartments at Taddy Village are one-bedroom units. Rents are sliding-scale and dependent on the participant's income level. Taddy Village offers a community feeling of support and acceptance in a safe and secure environment. (Capacity: Program can house 24 individuals)
